We’re also an economic development nonprofit with a mission to launch and accelerate startups. Our lease terms support our mission and The Mill’s thriving community.

• Preference is given to tech startups, startup ecosystem partners, and companies who provide services to our startup members.
• Each lease includes a given number of full-time memberships with 24/7/365 access to The Mill. You can add more seats, at a la carte membership rates, if needed. All offices have private locks. We supply a chair and a desk for each included membership.
• Suite leases are month-to-month, but we look for tenants who will commit to at least a year.
• For tech startups, the max lease term is 3 years. For others, the max is 1.5 years. Our mission is to help you outgrow us!
