How to Scale like Amazon

Come hear the principles and insights that have fueled Amazon’s growth since its startup days. This workshop will give attendees an insider’s guide to Amazon’s success, including the lessons AWS team members would take with them they were to start a new company today. The session will be hosted by AWS Startups team lead Jeff Henriod, who works with Y Combinator companies to help them build on AWS and previously worked in product on the amazon.com side of the business. Prior to AWS, Jeff was the first sales hire at Lambda School (YC S17), where he built the placement team and helped Lambda’s first 1,000 graduates get hired.
