The repairs are expected to take approximately 12 weeks once construction on the wall begins. So far, the work has focused on stabilizing the structure to ensure safe and effective repairs.

A structural issue was discovered that requires attention to ensure the building’s safety and long-term stability. These repairs are a critical part of preserving and maintaining our beloved historic facility.

The event hall will be closed throughout the repair process. Its door has been removed from Proximity, and the space is off-limits to staff and members during construction.

While there may be intermittent noise, the rest of The Mill remains open and fully operational.

The wall is being carefully repaired rather than rebuilt. To preserve the historical integrity of the building, bricks are being removed and restored one by one, section by section, moving west to east.
