Renting EVENT SPACE At The Mill is easy!

Located in the heart of downtown Bloomington, The Mill’s sawtooth roof and beautifully designed patio area set the stage for excitement. Inside, natural light, dramatic high ceilings, exposed brick, and warm wood accents meet high-tech modern convenience. It’s the best event space in town!

Not a Mill member? Submit the reservation request form, and we’ll follow up! Be sure to reserve meeting space at least two days in advance. Requests are reviewed Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.

Need to book meeting space regularly? Become a member! Part-time and full-time members can instantly check availability and book conference space directly through our membership software. Part-time membership includes 4 hours of free meeting space a month.

With 1,800 square feet of beautifully restored history, our Event Hall radiates character and is easily customized to meet your event’s needs. For instance:

  • A dance floor with sit-down areas
  • Cocktail tables, seating, or theater rows
  • COVID capacity accommodations may apply

  • Professional-grade prep space and staging area, equipped with commercial fridge and coffee makers (bring your preferred caterer)
  • Superior electronics setup, with 6000-lumen projector and screen to showcase presentations and entertain your guests
  • PA system with multiple microphones for toast, speeches, and presentations
  • Colorful, customizable Platformatics light system to set the mood

Classroom Event space

The Classroom gives your training, workshop, or retreat professional polish and ease. This room seats up to 30 and is easily customizable to go from boardroom and classroom to breakout sessions.
