The Heart of the Sci-Tech Corridor

Our upcoming $12.8 million office building, The Forge, will be located at the center of the Sci-Tech Corridor—a vital 84-mile stretch from NSWC Crane to Indianapolis. Scheduled for construction starting in fall 2023, this 22,000-square-foot Class A building is designed to meet LEED Silver certification standards. The Forge will serve as a new beacon for innovation and growth in Bloomington, offering top-tier office space for the city's bright minds and ambitious entrepreneurs.
