Every year, we’re blown away by the quality of competitors at Crossroads Pitch Competition. This year is no exception! But after dozens of pitches and a tough round of semi-final judging, it’s down to the final four: Indiana’s brightest rising startup stars! Drum roll….
The finalists for Crossroads 2021, who will pitch live over Zoom on October 13, are:
- AeonCharge
- ChefsFridge
- GittaSitta
- Studia.app
The winning startup will take home $10,000 in no-strings cash, priority consideration to pitch at Elevate Nexus for up to $80,000 more, and a sweet package of in-kind prizes and services.
AeonCharge is creating universal payment mobile apps where electric vehicle drivers can locate, activate, and pay for charging across providers through a single platform. Pitched by CTO Lin Sun Fa, Aeon Charge is located in West Lafayette.
Pitching for ChefsFridge, out of Anderson, is Co-Founder and President Shane Bivens. Their ArcticRx product is a passive, stable, long-term, ultra-low temperature, reusable pod to support vaccine delivery to rural, remote, and international areas.
Founder & CEO Mandy Kinnucan’s company GittaSitta is based in Granger. GittaSitta streamsline communications between parents and their own trusted network of sitters.
Studia.app is a digital platform that helps students study for science classes through hundreds of interactive, step-by-step solutions for science problems. Studia.app hails from South Bend and is led by CEO Sebastian Murgueitio Ramirez.
